TDW's MAGPIE® tools are sized from 4” to 42”. All tools feature INS sensors, hall effect sensors, high resolution odometers and a highly reliable architecture that minimizes exposed components. Tools can be easily monitored and controlled using a Palm™ PDA. The system incorporates GPS positioning and Bluetooth™ AGM (above ground markers) making the entire pipeline inspection process simple, reliable and less expensive for our customers.
